Welcome to the online booking portal of Restoring Balance and Wellness. As you prepare to schedule your sessions, please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth and convenient booking experience:

Session Format: By default, all our sessions are conducted online in the Jane system. This allows us to offer flexible and accessible support regardless of your location. If you require an in-person session, arrangements can be made depending on the availability and location of our team members.

Mandatory Consultation Session: Before you can book sessions, please book a consultation session. This initial session allows us to understand your needs for your ongoing sessions.

We are committed to providing you with supportive and effective care. If you have any questions or need assistance with the booking process, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for choosing Restoring Balance and Wellness for your mental health and wellness journey.

Please be advised that clients are expected to pay by the end of day that their session is on, unless previously discussed otherwise. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and I charge the full rate for no-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless there is an emergency or illness.
